    boa noite se Algu staff poder ajudar eu agradeço, ja tinha conta no site gamez tento recuperalo so que nao vai ae tento criar outra acc com o mesmo login so que diz que ja existe poderiam me ajudar gostaria de continuar com a mesma conta pois tenho meus personagens e cash na acc ..por favor

    se a conta já existe, você não vai conseguir criar outra conta com o mesmo login, acho melhor você tentar recuperar sua conta pelo email, boa sorte.

    always played in gamez since 2011 and never had trouble logging if you like recuperalos thank try to send the email so it will not try anything in the mail already has two months to recover and not of, did not want to lose everything I could

    Just in case this problem didn't got solved yet... (if yes, ignore)
    This guy said he already have an old account on gamezaion, but he said he can't log in (he also tried to create a new account using the same username as before, and ofc won't work because the username is already in use)
    Anyway, if he don't remember the password of his old account, maybe you guys can give him a chance to recover his old account if he provide some informations and character names right?
    If yes, tell me here and i will contact him explaining how to proceed to recover his account...
    If need me for anything, feel free to ask.

    I managed to recover so that when I enter the game he is on the server and not seleçao comes out of it, in the case appears to have 7 chars in Lumiel so I can not log in please help

    ta giving error 7 saying I'm already logged hope one minute try dinovo he comes so that is locked on the Select Server

    Did you by any chance download the game through the NCsoft launcher and not the torrent?
