Okay, I need help...

Okay, so I've been out for a year and a half and I dont know what the hell is going on now that I returned. What are Upgrade Arcades? What are Atreian Passports? What are the new Godstones? What are the new ways of upgrading your weapons/armor besides adding suppliments? I got the Returning Player Event, got the rewards EXCEPT the sets. I mean, I got in the event, but haven't logged in-game for 2 weeks. Does the package expire? If not, where is it? If it does, what a ripoff. I'm sorry for the trouble, but I am totally lost about this game right now >.<
Anyone who can lend me a hand?

Elite Arbiter Set is a good gear

 

Upgrade Arcade is something like a lottery game, you will need to use Arcade tokens in order to join, the rewards are kinda meh in my opinion, but you can get godstones from it, and some other stuff that some people might be interested in buying, like remodels/wings/mount. You can get arcade tokens from battlegrounds (1v1 3v3 etc). Battlegrounds are the yellow vortexes in sanctum/pandae, available every hour or so.

Atreian passport seems to be something like a free bundle of potions/scrolls which is daily ( i could be wrong, i don't really play the game atm).

There are no new godstones i guess. Still the gold and blue ones.

Gears can now reach level 20 (+20), you will need to make it +15 the regular way and +16 onward you ll have to use amplification stones (available through GM events, allows for higher enchantment levels) and Omega enchantment stones (available through any battleground in game even such as 1v1 or 3v3 etc, and allows for enchantment above the maximum level of an item).

Also you might be interested in some plume, if you don't know what that is, check the slot above your wings. You can buy it in panda/sanctum. You ll need tempering solutions in order to enchant that, same solutions are used to enchant accessories up to +5.

Best gear would be Elite Arbiter, although the old arbiter is about the same. Also the old amba/sheperd/custo sets can now be upgraded to mythical versions with medals/ap.

The game changed a lot since 3.0. When i returned after 2 years of being away i was kinda in the same spot as you. I just had a few people to show me around, and after about a week of playing i had learned it all. But then again it was all for nothing, i got bored +busy so i stopped playing lol.

Exact reason why i stopped at 3.0.
1.9-2.1 was the best version for me. Everything was simple and focused on PvP. Now I am lost and all I see are people sitting their butts at sanctum.
