Client Issue Can't head past server selection

I've searched for the solution but i couldn't find something help me fix this,
Downloaded the client from the website, it didn't work i had the NCSoft logo and crash
So i downloaded the NCSoft launcher, picked an installation folder and moved the Gamez client to that folder
I then pressed File Repair, it downloaded approximatley 3gb, i started the Gamez launcher and it told me i need to update..
The update took less than a minute and then i started the game, logged in and when i picked the server i want everything kept working, it didnt crash or get stuck
But nothing happend, i alt-tabbed and went back in and i couldn't see the mouse on the screen (background animation and sound still work)

I'll appreciate if anyone could lend me a hand!

"Cannot connect to the server."
Your connection to the server is "stuck", if you are using a ping reducer then uninstall it and re-download it, use it to connect and try again, if that doesn't work install another ping reducer, run it one time to "unstuck" your connection with it and try again.

The problem you are having is beacause NCSoft version of aion is updated to 4.9 and gamez is still on 4.8, so the only thing you can do is download client via torrent but then you will have some minor issues like not seeing LFG. Here is the link for torrent download
