What a trivial thing a night battle just isn't my fling but a curiosity dwells within who will lose and who will win?

There are spies everywhere. Even real-life. Well, to consider it correctly, is it part of having strategies and tactics. Or another option to deal unto something.

To be completely honest, viewing it from a "Battle" and "War" sort of perspective, yes it's fair. Ever war had, has and will have spies, simply because people will have the upper hand over the other side. Now I don't really see this applying to Aion too much to be honest as you know what to expect from the other side, what I mean by this is the classes, equips etc.

To debate the fact that people use opposing races to gain advantage over their enemy in sieges, I highly doubt it can be executed very efficiently. First of all, knowing the location of your enemy, okay so what? They will probably be in the fort, defending or outside the forts attacking, you do not need any spies to know that, pretty much common sense. Other than that, a spy can be used to find out the enemy team's tactics which doesn't really do much anyway. To think of it like this; let's say there are 60 people, 30 on each side, if one side is better than the other, even if the weaker side knows the tactics of the enemy, the enemy will still be able to efficiently execute it. There are various things that can be considered here which are somewhat unlimited.

If you used this same perspective to pick off healers and use the "spy" to pick off flankers, yes, would be somewhat efficient but still nonetheless useless.

I think it is fair and it is a part of the game. Well, why not to use some tactics instead of running into a zerg unexpectedly and die. It is always better to know what the enemy is planning and prepare for it :-D

its in the Art of War.The thing that really matters is always how we fight and expect a common outcome that is to win over a protecting/conquering race.

Ofc its not fair. The more spies the other race has the more damage they do. Each spy gives 100000 magic boost and attack

I don't believe It's particularly fair from a game mechanic standpoint. After all, if one was intended to be able to eavesdrop on enemy communiques, there would be some sort of mechanic in place for it, right?
Half the challenge of any organized group is getting the group to follow orders. The second half is to find ways to deal with your opponents stratagem.

Take this as an example: Starcraft 2's multiplayer scene will ban players using vision hacks.
Why? Firstly, because not everyone has it. But, let's remove that factor, since that doesn't necessarily apply here. Secondly, it removes one of the dimensions of the game: The Unknown. Effort needs to be put into your strategy to prevent you being blindsided by a pincer attack, having a rush of heavy units strike a tactical position, or knowing where your enemy is rallying at.
With a map hack, you can perfectly move your forces to counter any threat that isn't outright overwhelming. A pincer attakc is heading for your main base? Split your forces to fend them off. Heavy units incoming? Set up the defenses and wear them out. IS a tactical position threatened? You can retreat early and strike them on your own terms, rather than theirs.

Now back to Aion. Most of the game's PvP doesn't have that depth, I will openly admit. Many times, it's just a factor of how many bodies you can throw at an objective. Everything this server seems to prefer is very simplistic. Inggison's Forts, for instance, have one way in and one way out, with a very simple objective to accomplish. That objective is to make a number become zero before your opponents do. The artifacts? Pff, who uses those? They sit inside the fort in a few cases, making them nice and cozy. The ones outside the fort? Well, those are controlled by a few legions that just use a wall of bodies to get done what needs done, so they don't bother actually activating them.
The Abyss forts add a few layers of depth by adding a vertical axis, multiple entry points, and strategic positions that require an expenditure of resources (in the form of people, mostly) to capture and secure. I have more than once seen a Siege be totally turned around after a smart use of a Hellfire Strike or Tenebrous Cloak.
Speaking of Retail, there was one very valuable and accessible task that I often participated in, but have never once seen happen here: Kisk Hunting. Killing a group of kisks can very easily change a fight by cutting off the flow of reinforcements. Very few people actually bother to do this! And even fewer people seem to notice how the flow of players can lead them straight to the bundle of kisks laying out in the open! Twice now, I have easily stealthed up within line of sight of a group of Elyos kisks, watching their players stream out towards a fort. And that is a perfect turnaround to a battle, if only a small group of players could rush in, destroy even a single alliance kisk, and shut off even a part of the combat.

All of these factors I have listed in regards to Aion are exactly why spying on the enemy faction is unwholesome. Were players to actually use these, such spying could be devastating to a plan of any sort. But as it stands, it's fairly harmless, since no one uses these lovely tools to their fullest. It would likely be a pain to make and enforce a rule against it as well. But that doesn't make it acceptable.

Anything is allowed in a competitive MMO. You have to do everything you can in order to win, it doesn't matter whether you make enemies or friends, as long as you win it's fine. Because let's face it, games are a waste of time, especially MMOs. There is nothing educational in such games, all you do is live off your parents money and stay away from the sun for as long as you are a gamer, you put your life on hold because of a stupid game, you don't work, and you don't study, and if you do study or work, you probably suck at it because of a game. You might as well win it, no matter the cost.

    it's all about moderation bruh.
as long as you don't take the game super seriously and dont make it ur life there's no reason ur work/education should suffer.
everyone needs to relax at some point.
some people watch tv some read and others play games.
as long as u're careful and manage ur time correctly it shouldnt affect ur life.
that said i have no idea why im telling u this since u log on for like an one hour per month

If you can play an online game with moderation, then that's great. But most people wont be able to.

It isn’t unfair because everyone has access to do it, more like bending the rules and why preventing something that's part of the game...
