Problem With Getting Game Started

Hi I have a problem with getting game installed it says to go to NCsoft. I go there download it and run it its supose to update but it says "NCsoft Launcher Update Error, Unable to Contact Launcher Update Server. There is either a problem with your internet connection, or the update server is currenrtly down. You may retry or skip the update."

My internet is fine i tried retry same error poped up, and when i hit skip and i get into NCsoft this is what it says.

Currently Unavailable

The NCSoft.com server is temporarily unavailable. Please check your network connections and try again later.




After that i tried installing aion and it told me "The install information could not be downloaded. Please try again in few minutes. I tried in few minutes nothing happend.


If anyone knows how to fix this or maybe if you got a guess on how to fix it let me know please.

i installed the NCsoft launcher now what do i gota do next i gota install Aion from the NCsoft launcher right? but it wont let me. So what do i gota do am i supose to install game from another site or something?
