Solved Problem to connect

Hello,

When I connect the first time, I can access the games but when I get in the game my character does not appear and after 10 seconds I have a deconnection message then when I try again, I can no longer access the choice of characters and I have this message on the screen:

"cannot conect to the server"

 

Are you by any chance or were you using a ping reducer?

 

I use ping reducer

Glad it's fixed but I'd love to hear the solution to your problem so I can post it here and possibly solve other users' problem in the future. If it was just a temporary thing that happened and it fixed itself then fair enough, but if you solved the issue after performing a set of actions I would love to know what these were

I'll be sending you a message about that.

Edit: The player's problem had to do with ping reducers and his connection being stuck like I mentioned, so my solution still stands.
