Where is the NPC to buy greater supplements?

NPC Name for up to Eternal Grade

Mythic Supplements : http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/166100011/ Supposed to be dropped, but I don't know if they do. I've never checked to be honest.

 

Mythic supplements can be acquired from either Unstable Abyssal Splinter instance located in the Divine fortress in Reshanta's Core or from the upgrade Arcade with the use of http://aiondatabase.net/us/item/186000389/.

NB: There are boxes along the way after each boss that contains Abyss relics and mythic supplements as well as legion coins. The boxes at the end above Yamennes also have these items. Note, this is a 12-man alliance instance

Eternal Supplements are a high proc rate from the arcade upgrade mini-game

 

The /where npcname is not working. Its searching but no results found. I tried all NPC name

 

Present a screenshot of this, because I tried last and it works. For an easier and more conventional access of the /where function, press "M" to bring up your map, and click the Magnifying glass logo on the right side of the map. It will then allow you type in any NPC name. Give it a try by using "Vastin" and see if it locates him in Cygnea. If it does, then the /where function works.
