NID HELP HACK ISSUE

Someone SAM or GM can help me on this?? someone log in my account and make vip to make my item trade or mail on his account

 

First question I will ask. Did you give out your info to anyone, or did you enter your info in a site other than gamezaion.com?
And after you answer the above question, I advise quickly changing your password to avoid worse things.

 

no im not giving and visiting any site.. im playing only in my house..after i disconnect my item disappear

what now? if i change my pass my item can back? after 2 years of playing this game this is the only comment i got from yours LOL

And no, if you change your password your items won't come back. And SAMs can't help you when it comes to hacked accounts. Send a message to @Puddles and we'll see where it goes from there.

There is a "tracer", but assisting someone in cases of hacking goes far beyond just validating it with a "tracer". I'm very happy to let you know that in a server, as well as in any other place where ranks are present, tasks and responsibilities are distributed within the different levels of ranking. To put it lightly for you to understand, SAMs are NOT in charge of investigating hacked accounts. They are the ones that can assist the higher ranked staff members during their investigation, but they are not the ones that will be deciding how an investigation will be handled or resolved.

And to answer your suggestion - I very much like what I am doing so I'd rather not follow advice by someone who attacks those who are trying to help him. So no, you will sadly have to stumble upon me for quite some time since I will not be quitting any time soon. I am indeed quite sorry that I have not been able to ever assist you in your 2 years of playing here, and I will certainly be watching out and anxiously waiting for you to post so I can grab the chance to do so in the future!
