Solved Vote and OTE problems

hi, i'm new in this game. i've been playing this game for almost a month and i have 2 lv.65 chars. 1 in siel and 1 in lumiel. 1st problem, when i try to vote i don't recieved credits. . and if i try to vote again i don't receive any notifications that i already have voted, does my vote count? 2nd is when i try to exchange my online hours for kinah it always says that "it is in maintenance". . pls help. .

 

Hi there! As of now online time exchange is under maintenance...as of your credits there is a proper way of voting and maybe you play on a cafe where there is only 1 ip address and others are also voting for gamez...i hope someone here is kind to link you to that thread....Godbless

 

Ah, I see, but in voting i have my own pc and i'm only playing aion in my house.

 

maybe your wifi was share and your friend vote at your IP.

 

my wifi has a password and there is no indication in my modem that someone is connected.

 

from now on there a wifi hacker its apps in phone like cracking your password

 

The voting links have been playing up lately as far as I know, therefore could be an issue with that. If you don't get redirected to the voting page, then your vote didn't go through. If you refresh the voting page then it should say how long you have before you can vote once again, otherwise, it doesn't count. Note that if there is a problem with the voting links, it's actually the third party website we use that supports the votes and not our fault. We would have contacted them already once this week I believe so a little bit of patience please.

Vote system is working perfectly, i've checked it 2 mins ago, about Exchange Online Time remain in maintenance, apologize for any inconvenience we are working on it.
