    SO guys i just accidentally clicked the PUR then is says that my Request will be viewed soon . what is the purpose of Player unstuck request? sorry i dont what is it. is it bad to click it? Q.Q

    As the name says, it sends us a request for your char to be unstuck. There are times the in-game .fix <charname> won't work, but at the same time it let's us know the amount of people that are having the problem as well as attempt to assist them. Alternatively, you can always send a PM here on forum and/or whisper a staff member in-game, when they're online for assistance.
