Brimming Festive gift box.................yup I went and bought it (since I was so happy to find use for festive coins), but oh Lord the thing wouldn't open((( so I read about it and got to the logical conclusion of being properly screwed(( Can't open, won't open.

1. Am I fool to hope that it's gonna be fixed soon?
2. It's RNG GM won't help, how about reinbursement, is it possible?
