Solved hello tech enthusiast !

my cousin just gave me his 1yr old A10-7850K CPU with 2x 4GB HyperX 1866 mhz DDR3 RAM. i've read that this APU comes with a GPU R7 series with a base frequency of 720mhz...since i already have my old Asus R7 260X 2gb DDR5 gpu..which is better to use the onboard GPU or my old Asus?

and can i run Aion smoothly with this Processor?

The R7 260X 2GB is a dedicated card and won't rely on your RAMs or your CPU for performance. You'll be far better off using the card than the on-board GPU chip.

Also...

That setup is more than required to run good ol' Aion. You'll probably have slight issues if it's a HUGE HUGE ZERG with the game on maximum quality (Shadows included) At high resolutions like 1920 x 1080 or higher due to the performance bracket of the R7 260X. However the CPU is far beyond the requirements and is more than qualified to run Aion.

In addition, to this... The RAM speeds are optimum @ 1866mhz even though even 1333mhz is perfect for now-a-days gaming. So yes, you'll be able to run Aion on high quality with decent frames, at least 40~60+ easily depending on the settings and where you are.
