    Hello! Try these first, logout, restart your PC, then log back in game. You also need to have the item.pak on your aion folder. May I also ask for the OS your computer have?

    i have item.pak already.. ok2 ill try to restart my PC.. my OS s win7 32bit..

    That is the issue. The item.pak does not completely work on Win7 32 bit. Best way to make it work is by upgrading your OS to 64 bit.
