I'm going to give you lot a really good hint. Stop flaming. Now. I have no problem handing out infractions for each post from this point on that contributes nothing to the topic besides flaming other members.

The accused scammer in question is being investigated.

And double standards/bad moderating comes into affect when you let everyone know you've infracted everyone but the person responsible for all this.

It's the equivalent of being told to shut up by someone with the ability to make you shut up. Unfortunately most people have access to proxies and material that could make you shit bricks, therefore there is a limit to how that ability can and should be used.

Autumn I pmed you ingame as soon as this happend for Mamm's sake but you just logged off.. so instead of infracting people just get out leave this topic like you left the game when you were needed the most..

Both GMs that I pmed silmultaneously logged off But autumn is special since she's soooo active here on forums but couldn't spare a minute..

Oh noes. The GM can't answer the 10 unique PMs he gets every minute or so! I'll just ignore the speed hacker whom I have the power to catch and ban while I waste both my time and yours explaining to you that I can't do a thing about scammers personally. I don't have the power to reverse trades. I don't have the power to create items or kinah to refund what you lost. I don't have log access to see if the transaction even ever happened at all. Meanwhile the person reporting the speedhacker makes a post on the forum saying I ignored him. I'm screwed either way. I may as well deal with the reports where I can do something.

This isn't a problem I can deal with in game or out. I don't have the power to handle scam cases. If I feel like logging off, well, I'll log off.
