Why do you think it's a kind of scam? It's a lottery that already posted the hidden numbers (winners) of the Feb 14th.

i mean we get to pick numbers from 1-20, but in the result there's a number 22. does the range starts from 1 up to "we don't know the max and it's not on the ticket that we can select".
