GM please take a look at this..

ive been posting my case since tuesday but no one giving any response or action on it

i tried to log in how many times and it keeps stuck in the server selection.... it wont let me go through the character selection..could any GM fix or unstuck my account ??

probably some of the players having problem too since GM Elyos reboot the server last sunday please need help her e

either ur really unlucky and try login when the servers is down (yeah it is down a lot) or some of the files could have gotten corrupted, u can always try reinstal the gamez launcher (fixes it most of the times) or u can try repair aion in the ncsoft launcher (make sure u dont update to 2.0 by accident)

errr....i believe that screenshot says the server is full btw xD just so u know

 

i have 1.9 launcher
i can log in my friend's account
but when it come to my account, it wont let me to get through the character selection...

 

well the screen says the server was full, so the chances r some1 left when u logged ur friend and then got full again? try at a different time and see if it keeps up

 

nope even if it is full i can log in my friend's account... but mine wont... i cant even press the " SELECT SERVER " or " QUIT"

 

u said u tried logging ur friends char right? get ur friend to log u from his/her pc. if it works its a problem with ur pc, if it doesnt its a problem with ur account ^^

 

i let her to log in my account on her it she said that it is the same thing like mine... yea probably the account is the problem... not my pc im sure but if any gm give some action on this .. i really want to play im getting bored already

 

login on the website and click the character unstick request xD maybe that might help but yeah i guess asking a gm is better

 

i did already since wednesday... i did all possible things to activate my account and let me slsect my character but nothing helps.. only GM is my final solution please someone GM help me here

 

u know the gm names leave them a pm or post on their wall. they dont always check threads that go dead btw both dementa and autumn read this, so they know whats up ^^

they dont have the power to fix it for u, all they can do is pass it on to people who can cant really put the blame on them

Last time that happened to be, iwas something like this to solve it:

Is your router or internet connection blocking some ports? There are certain ports that you can't block or else you won't get past the server selection screen into the character selection screen.

I had the same problem once, but that was because I manually blocked certain ports on my router.

 

she said she can log her friends char just fine. has nothing to do with ports in this case ^^

 

Try the "Player Unstick Request" option in your User CP when you log into your account with gamezaion.com then

well as i said i can log in my friend's account so im pretty sure it wasnt my router or modem has a problem... not my connection or anything, jsut only my account has the problem....

 

yeah i already mentioned the player unstick request, can always try and see if they help

 

im trying it right now let see what will happen

nope thing change... still the same though... at the server selection get stuck again >.<
