    My Dead lift personal record. Dead lifts use to be one of my weakest point and i hated it, But now i'm starting to get more into it. Being around my friends who i meet at the gym everyday who are all 2x taller 2x bigger than me and most are stronger than me we would tease each other calling each other names every time one of us misses a day from the gym i love being around these people because motivate each other to do better. Before i would use to struggle with 3 plates = 240LBS But now i do 240 for reps. Today i attempt to push my self a little further to improve on my even more on my dead lifts, like they say, Sometimes to improve you need to fail.

    Nah i prefer my gf 100x better than hers LOL. but yeah i'd probably need a belt to left that girl and the motorcycle. and still probably end up blowing my back up

    i will, my deadlifts are weak as fk. been focusing too much on bench. i can nearly bench as much as i can deadlift not good.

    Yeah, bad on the last part that sht was too heavy for me i can feel it lol i can do 3 plates perfect form for reps i wanted to try something new and up the weight. unless u can tell me how i can improve with out pushing my self till failure. My back will be sore tmrw no dought, but once it fully recovers and get enough food in me i think ill be able to lift it with good form. but yeah i been doing deadlift everyday now my back is use to it, helps me at work too. I should probably start wearing belts if i wanna hit 4-5 plates prevent from blowing my back up, it will be easier with all that air in my core helping me keep my back straight for heavy loads.

    Bro dont forget to wear a belt. you might feel okay and strong but after a while, it gets you. I've been there done that.

    Ill try it again next week. Its easier with the belt tho. I think of something that pisses the fuck out me like getting zerged in aion maybe ill even throw that weight in the air or something violent like bashing someones rib open with a baseball bat till its all mushy and stuff or maybe think of some guy slapping Kyungmii's butt infront me ill definatly get my mind over matter ... iunno xD.. jeesus my mind is so fked. any way better safe than die i gues lol. If u guys dont hear from me . Well yeah rofl

    If you only lifting because you think it's cool and have no technique, please stop. Dead lift is one of the hardest exercises to do and if not done properly can actually damage your whole back. You dropping the bar like that means you not strong enough to lift that much yet. Doing an exercise properly means starting good and ending up good too, keeping the correct posture.
    When doing heavy weights one wrong move can fuck you up really good, so just take care. I go to physio regularly because I had a broken back and I always practice with him for like 2h doing the same motion over and over again and then smash out the weights.
