    Last time I did wanted I used to only pick players of Arbiter+ that were star officers or over. This does not apply on this Wanted. The picks do not rely on gear, I just pick active PvPers that have at least decent gear. That way everyone gets the same chance to kill them.

    However the rule I had about higher ranks (general+) appearing multiple times still applies. Which is why you might have seen some players twice this hunting season.

    I will not accept this kill. You will also not be disqualified, but this kill will not be accepted.

    Listen people. I don't care if you kill your friends. But at least TRY. Setting up a distant location with your friend and two shotting them will not be accepted. If you wanna kill your friend then go kill them in open world, have a real fight among other people. Not like this. This is ridiculous.
