why so many repeated commands when

A little question... I dunno.. buuuuutttt when i clic 'Start game' appears ..'CRITIAL ERROR: Error: CreateCry3DEngine(): 3dengine interface version error' .. what is thaaaat? xD

 

This I am unsure of, try deleting your bin32 folder and repairing through the setup.exe..

 

i wish gamez aion launcher supports 2.0 version.

 

1. Go to your NCSoft folder (the main folder which holds everything).
2. Right click on the folder, look for an option "restore previous versions".
3. It will then begin searching for previous versions, wait a few minutes.
4. Look for a date before the 6th or 7th (I think that's when the update happened) and click that folder.
5. You can either click restore and it will replace the existing folder with the restored folder, or you can copy it to your desktop and replace it yourself.

Once it is fully restored, make sure your NCSoft Launcher does not install the patch (the patch may have already been downloaded but not installed). Do what Adieu said and turn off the automatic updates!

Yeah I finally figured it out, and I had it too - it was like 2 GB less than the current folder I had, and as I was copying it to my desktop it said that it had missing files, then it said something like that it could no longer be restored lol. Oh well. And I can't do a whole system restore because apparently I didn't have a savepoint before I updated. :\

 

Found a way to make 2.0 playable for this server (models, names, legion names, skills etc are working). Overall playable. Still testing for stability and clearing up some glitches (colors are messed up: enemy players shown as big white dots on radar, friendly NPCs as red dots etc).

EDIT: fixed colors and item icons... looks good so far. Current issues: Target's target, distance and altitude are not shown.
EDIT2: i wonder if i get crashes in a crowd cuz of 2.0 client (not instantly, but after some time).

 

there is a way of make v2.0 to v1.9 without all this?? Like change the Bin32 that i have for 1 of some 1 with the oldest version??

Waaa o Ó i think my Aion is now 'deaaaaaaaaaaaaaad' ..'cause in the version.ini says.. '2.0.0.0' >x>.. that means that i have to erase the game and download it again?

 

also just saying and i'm not sure if this has been suggested yet but couldnt you just do a system restore to before you did the 2.0 update? revert it back to 1.9 and then go in and pause the download? hope this might help.

well i had aion on disc and i reinstalled it and ran the update and paused it before it got to finish the 2.0 update...however my aion client is still registering the 1.5 version...is there a way to apply the 1.9 version i just downloaded without having to DL the 2.0?

I'm not sure about this so don't take my word for it, but since you have to update from 1.5 that comes with the disc to get higher versions, I'm gonna say theres no real way to stop it at 1.9.. since the NCSoft launcher is feeding you 2.0 files.
