Solved Quest bug?

I just tried to hand in a quest in Heiron 'Nereus Needs You' and even though the blue starburst is present over the NPC, the quest doesn't complete. The NPC is Maloren, standing next to the Dark Poeta entrance.

Is this a bug or has the quest been disabled? I hope as I'm a collector and I really want the title! >.<

If it has been disabled is there a way of knowing which quests have and haven't been so I don't waste anymore time?!

Are you sure it's not Jucleas you should talk to at the end?
Try to find him in Sanctum and see what happens.

The quest tracker definintely says Maloren though

 

It must have tricked you then, April's Fool!
