Jailed for Something thats not against the rules

you can do it on retail
and its not harassment

I jailed you for harassing other players. It just so happened to be that your method of harassment was kill stealing. I was just going to warn you and ask you to stop nicely, but I guess you had something to prove, and decided to do it again -right in front of me-.

Harassing other players is not not allowed. And I am clearly not biased, in case you want to bring that up, because one of their little buddies decided it was okay to harass you back and he got the jail term just like you.

If you want to rage, thats ok. But if you want to harass people, its not.

first of all u keep saying its harassment when it is not

second of all you can do this on retail which excuse me but i thought that was the goal in mind of this server to be like retail and have everything working properly

and third you basically just jailed me for killing a mob that was attacked by another player which is not harassment as i never said anything or did anything to them except kill a mob that i wanted to kill.

im not raging but you also shouldn't be able to jail me for doing something that was clearly not in the rules as being wrong and is something that is in the game mechanic.

so whats next ? being jailed for killing an asmo? sounds about right coming from you.

 

You were repeatedly targeting monsters they were trying to hunt. I think there are enough armorwing sparkies for everyone on Aion. A kill steal is not against the rules. Repeatedly stealing kills to annoy/bother/harass other players is.

This is my final word on the matter. If you don't like it, feel free to file a formal complaint with a higher tier of staff.

Why do you keep killing some one else mobs if a GM/Trainee ask you to stop.

I would accept it as it is because that's how the game goes and if i didn't like that i wouldn't be here.

Wel the jail time was only 10 mins so if you stayed login you will probaly be out by now.

 

If u received 2 times warning u should know that the consequence for ur doing has a grave punishment... it is not right not to listen to GMs even though they're only a trainee, they have the right to punish everyone if they think u make an action that isnt right to others... even by rules or not u can tell that u are doing something wrong.. yes?

I don't know what is so hard to understand. You weren't punished for kill stealing, you were punished for harassment.

It just so happens that those two things were very closely related in this incident.
