Solved I can't acces my Account.

Hy, today i've tryed to acces my account, i do enter my account, my password and i press ok. It takes me to accept the licence terms i do that then it stops, it simply doesen't do anything the screen remains like it's loadint, i've let it on that for like more than 1 hour then it gave me <You've been discconected from the server>. However, when i try another account it works...can anyone help me with this?

I don't think that is Dimitra...i've said i can't acces my main account, but i've made another and tryed and it worked. I'll try what Wolfik332 said. Thank you.

I've unstuked both of my chars from Lumie, it's still not working...

 

When this happens it's because a character got stuck and it caused your whole account to get stuck.
I have tried to get you unstuck. You will be able to login on your account now, but one character might still be stuck, and you will have to wait for a server restart for it to be fixed.

And the unstuck requests are not instant. Once you send a request, an SAM+ has to review it.

Server restarts are not scheduled. So I cannot tell you that.
