Unfortunately, animas which before 4.8 patch were in Danaria/Katalam now are in Levinshor/Kaldor and currently they are not obtainable in-game. We are hoping that it will be fixed soon.

However, they are in-game event rewards -> click
You can also search for people who are willing to trade.
Also, you can take a look at this guide to know the locations of each one that is in Kaldor/Levinshor (currently they do not drop) -> click
Concerning the ones in Idian Depths, you can always ask a Staff member to port you there.

 

You can get them from Idian Depths, but you will have to ask a AM to port you there unless you find the portal.

 

Yes, you can get only some of them in Idian Depths, but not the Mysterious Anima and the rest that are left.
