Server Crashed...Here is my question.

Okay..so all people know that the server crashed..and it happens..often..and its kind of annoying.
I got one question ..for the creator of the server..or..to the people who are responsible for the server.

Why The Server Crashes?

YOu really got to fix that problem..
If its because there are too many people and server can not handle them..just max the people who can join the server.
I mean ...the server can handle only 500 people? Then Max it to 400 (so its 100% no laggy)

I do not know the problem..all i can imagine..is this problem.
So..i am waiting an answer for my question...

P.S : And yes it is a problem..because many people like this server..(as you can see) and if something happens (example server crashes) people are not satisfied..its your responsibility to make the server be as good as possible you can..if you can not afford (buying or...blabla)(i dont know these things) a better server then do someting for the server you got..as i said maybe the server is crashing because of the many people..
correct me if i am wrong..but i think you should fix it..and i am not talking about the server crash problem..i am talking for all the problems..i dont know them all..but as i can see ..there are more problems than this..I understand how difficult it is for you..i mean..fixing all the problems..and..i can see every week there are ..not just 1 but more updates and fix things..and good job for that..but you should concentrate on the "bigger" problems of the server..and for now..thats the crashing thing..

ok think about it... both low rate and high rate AND MU server are on the same data host, this is hard to handle. i t was worse when there was a WoW server on it. IMO they should ditch Crystal and focus on Gamez

 

I dont believe its from LFG its just a chat..if the server was lagging from just chating..lol ok...whats the difference between LFG and..just normal chat..that all people can hear you..but thats not a reason so it can make the server crash..

My opinion is that server cant handle so many players..(thats mine) i do not know about yours..

I just want to know the answer of my question...Nothing else..

 

the server doesnt have support,only one man has access to restart,cannot handle many players and the team cannot fix those problems,you know and from other servers that when they recieve donation in the wallet they dont do anythink else than the -we fix the trade error- particular update but never hardware updates,they keep 3 game servers mate it is normal that they crash all the time

 

Sorry but they cant do anything bout it..... their hardware isnt good enough so its not estable and it crash when he can manage a certain amount of stuff going on at the same time.... want it to stop? buy em a new server... that means donate a shit lot of money... (maybe carl would rather spend that money on beer than a new server so u will have to take ur chances there ^^)..

So seriously do u think that its fun to be watching over the server all day long and restarting for all the crashes? dont u think that if they could do something bout it they would have done it months ago? so yeah there is ur answer....

EDIT: PS: antonio its not their responsability just cause they dont own u anything... server is free... u know the server u know all its bugs and all its issues... u donate if u want u play if u want... u can leave 2.

I already said it ^^ if i run a server and do all the data and stuff... take care on donations and everything they i would like to get money from doing it .... and spend that money on my stuff... and EVENTUALLY to upgrade the server... but i prefer to spend the money outside =P

Honestly Gamez sucks ass, why? Because is crashes how many times in a day?
The only reason I'm here is there are more folks playing on this server than anywhere else and I like PVP.

And No Carl.. I'm not donating anymore money to you either until you figure out how to delegate duties to people that know what they're doing.
