    cant load the game for some reason and its stuck on this. any idea how to fix it?

    Try to Disable, Anti-viruses and firewalls.. and try to Close other application.. do this after Restarting.. and if still not working try to find some problem on the How to fix Common-Errors Thread :D maybe it could help you :) but first try the first step.. Restart the PC and close all other application that are necessary needed to be use. and try to close Anti-virus :D

    This could easily be the issue you're having. Try checking all of these and see if it resolves the issue, as for the bin32 folder - if needs be can be easily provided as a replacement.
