is there any way i can get ophidan cloth set in 4.8 i use to know it back in 4.7

There is a way, recipe . All recipes can be found here .
The only problem would be animas and gatherables, in this case, Ponica.

To buy recipes, you will need Divine Balaur Heart .
Waterlogged anima used to be in Danaria, so it's not obtainable right now (until it gets fixed) because it was moved to Levinshor/Kaldor, obtainable only from in-game events, list .
Wrathful anima can be found in Idian Depths. If there is a GM online, you can always ask to port you there.
Currently, Ponica is obtained only from Ophidan Bridge instance.
Ancient aether is gathered in Enshar or Cygnea in the sky here .

 

I know how to craft and where to find that recipes....but the ponica is the only problem
its hard to get coz you need to kill lots of elite mobs in "Ophidan Bridge" and small chances on gathering strong ponica fiber
