Solved Ranger buffs still out of whack?

Like the title says it all. I got to L45 in this game on ranger when I noticed that buffing up was bugged and not like the actual aion game where you could use mau + bow of blessing + bestial fury + focused shots as in this private server when you equipped more than 2 buffs it would automatically stop you there not allowing you to play ranger as it was meant to be. This was more than 6 months ago. If they haven't fixed this bug then there is no point for me to even dive back into this server. Can anyone let me know if the admins actually fixed the ranger bug issue or is there just more bugs now?

The ranger bug issue has been completely fixed along with many many others.
