    Is donation through smart/globe load are already invalid? Can anyone give me a hand here?

    I don't know what you mean invalid, but if you are getting any problems during donation you have to contact them since we are not the ones who deal with the donation process. Also let me point out that the methods you see when you try to donate are not global, they may differ for each country.
    Are you having trouble during the donation or?

    I can't see donations through smart loads. All I see are through credit cards.

    I am pretty sure that whenever you cannot see a certain donating method it's because it changed in your country, not because you personally cannot use it.
    Try both SuperRewards and Paymentwall and if you find no methods of donating that comfort you, I suggest waiting a bit to see if something changes (as far as I know some methods change every now and then).
