    I believe an AM was already assisting you on this. I tried to get the characters unstuck which has helped a few times, but it obviously didn't work. I believe you will have to wait, and keep restarting the game every now and then to see if it will work. It's a newly appeared bug that I'm still trying to figure out how to solve.
