    May I ask if your Operating System is 32 or 64 bit?
    To find that;
    Go to Properties of your computer and you will if it's 32 or 64-bit Operating System.

    Well.
    It's a common issue that players suffering. 32-bit has a little problem about the item pak. But the only thing you could do to fix it, is to install the item pak again and again. Just repeat the procedure until it works. Inform me if it works coz I know it will.

    32bit systems are having issues with item.pak so all you can do is restart client and try it out again. It is based on luck pertaining that you are using 32bit os

    it may be because you're not VIP, or your item pak is not installed properly and you're using a 32-bit OS
