Client Issue HELP Login Issue

i've install Official AIOn online from NCSoft from installation ., i tried to play fist official Aion to make sure that the client is working
after that ., i.ve install Gamezaion luncher

then after running the game
after i accpet the aggreement terms and conditions
i face the Server selection ., but nothing happens
i wait for 10mins still stuck at server selection

i try to off my AVG at off my firewall still can play

i check my client version
it was Version=4.9.1.11


could anyone help me
i want o play gamezaion again
