Hello and welcome to gamez. I suggest you go play in siel because theres a lot of players in siel than lumiel, both race are okay its up to you what you will choose.

You may take a look at the Elyos legion section and Asmo legion section on the forums to find a legion that you might want to apply to, or look around ingame. I'm sure you'll fit in one of the many.

Hi, I am having trouble connecting to either Siel or Lumiel servers. When I press Enter Server, the game freezes and disconnects. Could anybody help please?

 

Ahoy there matey! Welcome to Gamez! First question I'd like to ask about this is, did you download the game client via NCSoft? If so, then you won't be able to connect to Gamez since the game version of NCSoft and Gamez does not match since NCSoft is 4.9 and Gamez is at 4.8. Easiest fix for this is by downloading the Aion client for Gamez via torrent in which you can get here. If you however, you downloaded from torrent, here are the common fixes that you can check.

I did download the NCSOFT version, so that clarifies the issue haha. However my downloading speed is truely bad so if I could avoid downloading 29Gb again, it would be great, so is there by any chance an update on Gamez coming up soon? If not then too bad, I'll just wait for the download to be completed.

 

You're better off downloading the torrent.
