Solved Can't go pass server selection

Hi, idk what happen but yesterday it wouldn't let me play the game after I for DC while doing 3v3. (No I didn't update anything) So I reinstall the game from u torrent same thing. I reinstall the game 5 times (thank God for my fast Internet) still won't let me play just sits at server selection. So I did a system recovery delete all files etc etc. Update stuff etc reinstall still the same thing. Can anyone help me out thank you.

Tell me one of your characters name.
Also, your connection to the server might be stuck. If you are using a ping reducer, just uninstall it and re-download it and try again using it. If by chance it does not work, install another ping reducer, run it one time and try again.

 

My character is lilnasty elyos siel.
No ping reducer being use. Last time I checked my ping 3days ago it was 68

 

Try to log in now, an unstuck for your account was issued.

 

Okay just tried, made it to the char select screen, then I selected my character but nothing happens. 10 sec later I get a disconnect for sever (reconnect or ok)

 

Try to log in a different toon and tell me if it works.

 

OK it worked with another character but won't work with my main character lilnasty. Will not ever be able to play my main now?

 

We've tried to unstuck your toon one more time, if you still cannot log it, that means it is hard stuck, you will need to wait for a server restart to be able to play with it again.

 

Omg are u serious? When will be the next server restart? Can you guys transfer all equipment off my main so I can play my other characters while I wait?

 

Server restarts are not scheduled, they happen when they are really needed. The official thread for it is here . And no, unfortunately we cannot transfer anything. All you can do for now is wait.
