Solved I won but no reward?

i join the hunting week i use my char heavenismyisland, i receive a message that says choose 1 reward, then i choose veilles favor..its 6 days now since the day i receive the message but i got no reward can someone answer me?

The prizes are mailed when the event ends, not while it is still open. You will need to wait for it to end, then your prizes will be mailed.

First of all. Why is this a thread? If you want to ask a question about an event, you send a message to the event host.
Second of all. I have written this in big bold letters for players like you. Yet nobody bothers reading it anyway.
