Solved My character is bugged to 5 days.

ADM or GM.
It has 5 days my doll not log out, that for the not log it.
and I can not play on my own.
I'm losing items Farm in the game, among other things for Bug your game.
That has 5 Days!
Please come to complain today .. why can not stand it be logging into the game and see my character there Stopped and buggy, and can not Use it.
Expecting something good, and a farm of 5 days.

Hello,

Your character is hard stuck, only a server restart will fix this and allow you to log on this character again.

 

And when this happens?

 

It is not scheduled. The server gets a restart when it's really in need of one. You can always take a look at this thread here .

 

So I do not get my items that my other account?

 

No items will be given/transferred. All you can do right one is wait for a server restart to get your character unstuck.

 

This is ridiculous !

 

Sorry, but it's how it is. No Staff member will transfer your items anywhere or unstuck you magically when you are hard stuck, only a server restart will and we cannot make it happen right now, you have to wait for it.

 

But that complicates my side, this is a problem because of you.
Your fault, and I can not play for it?

 

She already answered you. You will have to wait for a server restart and there will be no item transferring. You'll just have to wait like everybody else when they get hard stuck. In the mean time you're more than welcome to play your other characters. If we could do something to help prevent players from being hard stick then it would've been done by now.
