i Think There's a Quest a Free Studio

in past 3 Years i think? there's a quest in pandae right next in the Teleport to Marchutan Prio, the NPC who used Megaphone there? im not sure but i have done my quest there, i swear

You have to finish a series of quest to access the Housing features of Aion and you can start these quests at level 21.
That means before you can buy any type of house (Studio, House, Mansion, Estate, Palace) you first have to finish this quest line. It's a really easy quest line every quest ends with the NPC that starts the next one.

If you're Elyos then it starts with the NPC Harinus in Sanctum with the quest
[Housing] The Living Is Easy
If you're Asmodian then it starts with the NPC Randiten in Pandaemonium with the quest
[Housing] Give My Regards to Pernon

by the end of those quest lines you'll have received a free Studio you can own forever (unless you buy a higher one, repurchasing a studio costs 4million) along with these two:
Title: Proud Homeowner(elyos) / Title: House Owner(asmo)
Homeward Bound - important item that gives skill which will allow you to instantly teleport to the home you currently own.

and you're now eligible to purchase higher types of houses (House, Mansion, Estate, Palace) that require monthly maintenance fees to keep them as your property.
