Solved 2 bugs on my profile: Resmungao

Hey guys...i have 2 bugs in my profile that i cant solve

1) when my friends are online i cant see them in my friend list...i see them offline

2) when i take from boxes in heiron and beluslan tempering solutions it dont appear in my inventory and its not full..also from IS i dont take tempering solutions

If you're talking about in-game issue:
1) This already happened to me, but when I reloged, the name of my online friends on my friendlist were showing.
2) So this item (tempering solution) does not show in your inventory? It shows anything else like a broken item with a Red Image, or nothing?

 

No its fine now but i was needed to relog 4 times to show this to me in my inventory (tempering solution)...and not everytime but sometimes it dont show them to me even if i relog(friends)
