Solved Files Disappearing???

So I just finished torrenting Gamez Aion today. Put it in a folder on my desktop and added it to exclusions on my antivirus software.
Because last time I tried to play like a year ago, some files disappeared.
Again, they disappeared.
I was playing, looked away for a bit, when I returned, I saw I was disconnected. Clicked "Reconnect", it said I was disconnected again and closed. When I went to the folder to restart Gamez Aion, there was no launcher or game executable.
I tried the installer download from the main page, it didn't work.
I tried the missing file download under support, that didn't work either.
I was getting this:

Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to torrent the game over and over just to be able to play it.
For your info, I don't have the NCsoft version of it.
The only game I have from NCsoft is Blade & Soul, so I wonder if it's, like, NCsoft finding the file, seeing it's not their copy and deleting it?
I doubt that is it but I don't know why else it could be.
I don't know what to do, and I really like Gamez Aion, so I'd hate for this to remain an issue.

Did you look at the first screenshot? There are stuff missing.
For example, that folder is supposed to have "GamezAion.exe" but it's not there.

The executable is not working even when downloaded and placed back in the folder. But the .bat file works. There is something wrong.

 

It may probably because your anti-virus deleted the files as "it may potentially be harmful". Try to fix the file and turn off your anti-virus before playing. If this happens again, send us another ss.

And please stick to the thread everyone.

 

I had added the folder to exclusions both on my antivirus (BitDefender) and Windows Defender.
While Dimitra was helping me, both my antivirus and my firewall were off and it still didn't work.

 

Hmmmm. That's interesting. Does this happen on the same computer that you had before? Coz I don't think files will disappear just like that.

It happened before. The .exe got removed, and when I try to copy paste it doesn't work or pastes but it's not working.

 

May I ask about your windows version? Have you tried re-downloading the client again?

 

Problem was solved, lesson learned, do not install GamezAION on your desktop >.<
