A Request from Atropos (Theobomos campaign quest)

Hiya,

So me and my friend started playing today and we followed a guide to quickly be max lvl.
One problem we just faced is that you gets the quest "A Request from Atropos"(lvl45) but I don't. We are both lvl 46 (i'm a Aethertech and he a Muse).
Couldn't find anything specific about it in the forum. It is really annoying tho. Would love to know if people have a solution for this.

there are quests that don't show up for new classes, this one included.
