gamezaion disconnected every 15-20 mins

pls help me... gamez aion disconnected every 15-20mis... ive been downloaded the louncher on gamezaion website..
my internet connection is PLDT DSL 5 MBPS thank you.

ur not alone same here 10 - 15minutes been disconnected from the server..

 

If you guys are using battleping, you are disconnected every 20mins. But since you don't use them, check your internet connection.

 

I also want to point out how important it is to make sure someone else is not using your account and disconnecting you (very rare, but very important).
Change your password to make sure, and if the problem still insists then try to notice if you get disconnected at random times, or only when performing a certain action.

 

i already check my internet connection ive arlready contacted the internet provider and they say thers is no problem wit my connection and i already tried on other online games but it ddnt disconnect and no problem with pings and packet loss.. and i tried to ping the website using cmd while playing aion..the game still diconnect and there is no request time out on cmd appears..

ive tried using 3PC and 3 different accounts and its still disconnected all accounts at the same time

dude your not alone.. Same Internet and same speed but DC every 15-20 mins..
It's s*cks when in BOG then you got DC.. after reconnecting.. tadaaaaaannn.. wrong channel! </3
