Solved Missing Name change ticket or...?

Greetings, I came to Lumiel server, like almost a month ago, to transfer one of my toons to Siel. Once i did the procedure, faced an unfortunate situation, such as my character's name came up with a "_UNK" after the name. Given this, I thought i'd get a name change ticket to fix the issue, as it's said at the "transfer character" conditions and terms. But after all this time, I come here to ask if shall i buy ticket myself, because i haven't get it yet. Or is this option bug?

 

you have to send a private message to a Senior AM in forum to send u one

 

just pm the Head AM to send yah some name ticket which may help to solve your issue.

 

Hello fella, I think the name change ticket was remove because of the people who abuse it xD.
There was a free transfer from lumiel to siel and so many people abuse the free ticket if they got the same name on Siel.
