    I've verified my email, my password has no special characters and it is not incredibly long. I'm really not sure why it's still not allowing me to log in through the launcher.

    i've been check my account on the Game and website.. all of my character has been deleted :( and all of my credit has been gone and my account is already Vip.. someone hack my account...it is possible to track in database or to see who are transfer my all item? in other account?
    all of my character before my account and credit has been hack.. and all of my character before deleted :(

    Were you able to log to the game? Make sure that you're starting the game through GamezAion launcher and not retail.
