    You'll need to contact SuperRewards/PaymentWall regarding your issue. We have no control when it comes to payment processing by any of these two donating systems.

    Bro did you follow the instruction properly? i do the same way of donating and its fine for me just wait for few minutes once confirmation donation done after it will be ok
