    Try to check the rifts/battleground rifts in sanctum (its on the right side, near the verteron/altgard mixfight battleground). You can see/read the name, [Group] Ruins of Chaos or Rentus Base or Tiamat stronghold.

    Try to use shift+v to know if people are recruiting for these instances, and might have a chance to join and kill the boss and get the AP.
