Why? Cant login my account? :(

Anyone Am pls can u help me. ill try to open my account now only thru gamez website and its failed i dont know what happen? why because how many months that i cant log in because im busy.. i want to go back to the gamez. pls help me and for sure i cant give to anyone of my account details maybe becuase cant login in year or months thats why ?
u can send me a private to remember it also my e-mail i dont know and i dont remember what i used because of so much email that ill make. pls help me ​

 

They say, if you haven't log in your account for like 3 months (idk), the database will delete your account together with your toons.
Just ask @Lautaro / @Puddles or any staffs online to help you with the case.

Wrong. Accounts do not get deleted automatically.

 

hey paps . i dont remember, when the last time im login in game and voted. but i think a year because of busy work so much and the last time i open it when i am in the philippines yeah i think a year and now i will back to the game and ill try to login only now but he said wrong password . and also email to remmeber its also wrong . thats why maybe may account deleted or idk but ofcourse i didnt give any details about my account. maybe something i forgot or wrong exactly that i cant remember because of how may longtime i can open it and play it

I stopped playing from 4.5 and came back at 4.8 and still have my account .

 

Oh well bro i think i dont need to chnge my password n email . I need to know the exact email ill used in the game i have only 2 email thlat i used. Also password i need to know hows exactly the name i used. That's only. Anyway ill already msg headgm @lisveth
