Client Issue Why i always Dc every log in with in 5 sec i got dc

try to run cmd and then type /ping google.com -t and check if is perm pingin' it or u have fails

 

same problem here..?why is this happening..?
some of us here are quiting aion because of this problem...
need help and a sure fix for this pls

 

i m pretty sure is not server side, is just your net from your area, it s not stable. can u write this on cmd? ping gamezaion.com -t and look if your ping is stable ?

i tried the "leatrix" but nothing happend...same DC as always

 

what is wrong..?i tried the "ping gamezaion.com -t"...my ping is 200+ to 300+...but the other games are stable..?why is it that only aion is affected by this..?pls need some answers...BTW thanks COCOSUL

 

well it s depends by where is the game server located. but 1 question, did u had any request timed up ?after few pings?

 

i had some time outs when its pvp time the connection will suddenly lost..?why..?but when im not doing anything just running around the ping is stable..?

cuz your bad internet, if u play from home i suggest to close your router for 1 min then start it, that if u use a router.

 

ive done that many times..?but still the same..?

 

well, plug/unplug your cables from router/pc. here is other way to check if is cable from pc to router fault , u can open cmd type ipconfig, then the default gateway is ip of your router. so u can ping that ip of router and check if it s stable <1 or =1 . if u have any high ping then is bad cable

 

if it's not on the server issue.. why many players from PH are experiencing it.. maybe some actions or investigations should be done on the server... 3 days having this issue..

 

last nigth i also did that..?but why only gamezaion is affected..?

can u ping google.com or youtube.com and see if your ping is stable? if u have also request timed out, then is your internet provider fault and gamez cannot do any thing about

 

google, youtube, facebook,dota2 and other games in CMD are not affected...only gamezaion...
