    Hey,

    I used to use it before and this is what I did to get it:
    1. Go to Aion\L10N\enu and make a copy of a folder called Sounds. Save it somewhere in case you want old voices back.
    2. Delete Sounds folder from Aion\L10N\enu and create a new one, name it " Sounds " .
    3. Go to Aion\Sounds and copy the folder called Voice.
    4. Paste the Voice folder in Aion\L10N\enu\Sounds .

    voice folder has 7 more folders:
    1. attack
    2. cast
    3. damage
    4. defence
    5. login
    6. motion
    7. social
    You need to copy the whole voice folder with these 7 folders in it.
