    i hope there is no LVL 75.
    bcz, we can't even make our Sets/Weaps like EA?EP/Principal/Arbiter/LEA etc to +20, unless make private donation.
    how about them who has no money/CC ?
    they gonna need years doing vote/trading to get their Gears..
