I'm using singapore - 92 ping.
Battleping = Hongkong, 82

where are you from sir? Better try all the servers and see what's suits best for ya.

for all reducers users
you should pick servers close to gamezaion, im using pingzapper and i have to say there is no chance for me without it to play aion, and as my experience chicago1-3 are the best for it, if you dont have better ping time then maybe something is wrong with provider, Pingzapper is using ssh tunnel ( port 443 ) and you have to be sure you provider policy dosnt effect that port/protocol cause some of them have QOS and usually put this one in the last priority/queue ( cause i had problem too and got solved ),
btw try to ping those servers and chose the lowest one between chicago1-3
