Client Issue Returned after two years.

I have some questions in regards to the client when I log in, now.
I downloaded from the website, by the way.

A] When I log into character selection, the screen is dark and I cannot see my created characters. Even if I want to create a new one, it is impossible because its black/red with shades. The silhouette is there, though.
B] Nobody else in game? I see plenty of posts on the forums but no other players online anywhere. Been searching for an hour now, no luck. Wasn't sure if its my client or the server is dead.
C] Marketplace, I cannot see any items in the broker whatsoever. Says theres nothing there at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

1. You should provide us a picture concerning this problem.
2. You are probably in Lumiel. That server sometimes has around 10 people, but it's empty. Might want to move to Siel where everyone is playing.
3. Same goes here. If you are playing in Lumiel, you got to move to Siel to find something.

Yes, Lumiel is empty. The whole population is in Siel. You can transfer from Lumiel to Siel using our website, however, it costs 1,5k credits. I suggest transferring only items (if they aren't outdated) and creating a new toon (the one you will play with) in Siel. Characters transferred from Lumiel to Siel are bugged, they cannot craft, morph, their macros disappear with every relog, some even have problems with memopad.

 

Ah alright, gotcha! Am I able to transfer Kinah to the new server or not? I had a main toon which crafted everything and sold mats and scrolls and that was my main income.

 

You can transfer all items on your character.
